Karen has over 20 years’ experience in market and social research. Specialising in online surveys since 2001, she has used a wide variety of tools and methodologies to setup and deploy surveys in multiple countries and languages, and using different sampling approaches (e.g. email-invitation, online access panels, site intercept). She is particularly skilled in a) creating surveys that are visually engaging and consistent with clients’ branding requirements b) designing mobile optimised surveys (e.g. iPhone, Android, iPad) c) linking sample/website data with live surveys and/or post fieldwork and d) implementing complex skip/piping patterns.
Her experience covers many industries including information technology, telecommunications, financial services, tourism and aviation, automotive, B2B, B2C, FMCG, Government and social services. Having been exposed to an extensive variety of research methodologies, Karen has a thorough understanding of how people respond to and participate in research. Since joining Research Ink, Karen has expanded her experience becoming more involved in quantitative data analysis and reporting.
